98 templates, sorted by modality. Then yours.
Every template in the library was written for a real reporting room. Use one as it is on your first day, then change the headings, the order and the normal statements until it reads like you.

General reporting
A small set of general report structures, and Freestyle mode for the study nobody templated: a clean structured report from open dictation, with no headings imposed that you did not ask for.
A tool that flattens your style is one you stop using by the second week.
Start from the library
Download a template into your own list and use it as it is. Nothing to set up.
Edit anything
Change the headings, reorder the sections, drop the ones you never fill. Rewrite the normal statements in your own words. Save it once and it is there every time.
Build from scratch
For a study nobody templated, or a departmental protocol that has to be followed exactly. Rich formatting: headings, bold, bullets and numbering, all of which survive the paste.
Normals in one breath
Say the study is unremarkable and the template's normal statements fill themselves. You dictate the findings that differ, which is the part only you can write.
Speak the measurements
Sizes, volumes and laterality land in the right fields as you say them. “Right kidney ten point two by four point one” ends up where the template expects it.
On your device, synced if you want
Templates stay on your device by default. Sync is optional and per person. The browser extension can use your templates whether or not they are synced.
