TScribe is a professional tool for radiologists and sonographers. This policy sets out how it may be used. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Most of it is common sense; it is written down so that everyone using the service knows what everyone else has agreed to.
1. Who may use TScribe
TScribe is for licensed healthcare professionals and the healthcare institutions that employ them. You must be at least 18 years old. Your specialty must be one that TScribe serves; clinicians in other specialties use Ureport.
2. Permitted use
Use TScribe to document real clinical work: dictating findings, producing reports, correcting and filing them, and building templates for that purpose. Use it on devices you own or control, or that your organisation has issued to you.
3. What you must not do
- Create fraudulent, fabricated or misleading clinical records, or records for patients who were not examined
- Submit a report for clinical use without a qualified clinician reviewing and signing it
- Share your credentials, or use another person's account, including within a department
- Dictate patient information you are not authorised to handle, or in breach of your institution's data governance rules
- Include patient-identifiable information in support messages or attachments
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the service, probe or bypass its security, or circumvent credit metering, device approval or two-factor authentication
- Use automated tools to access the service other than the TScribe apps and the UnityPulse Dictation extension
- Upload malicious files, or content that infringes someone else's rights
- Resell access to TScribe, or use it to build a competing service
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or professional regulations
4. Organisation accounts
Administrators of an organisation on UnityPulse must only add people who are entitled to use TScribe under this policy, must remove access promptly when someone leaves, and must configure any records system connection in line with their institution's data governance rules.
5. Reporting misuse
If you believe TScribe is being misused, tell us at hello@tscribe.io. Security vulnerabilities should be reported as described on the Security page.
6. Consequences
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this policy, with or without notice depending on its severity, and may notify the organisation that administers the account. Where the law requires it, we may also notify the relevant authorities.
