Everything you need in a reporting room, nothing you do not.

TScribe listens while you read, writes the report into your template, and gets it into the record. Here is the whole list, in plain words.

Dictation modesPick one per report

Five ways to say it.

Freestyle
Write it up from what I say
No template. A clean, structured report from open dictation. Good for the study nobody templated.
Full template
Fill the whole template
Every section filled from the dictation. Sections you do not mention stay as the template has them. Call a study unremarkable and the normal statements fill themselves.
Segment edit
Change or add parts, keep the rest
Say only what changes or is new. Everything else in the report stays exactly as it was. New findings are added where they belong.
Summary
Give me the short version
A concise clinical summary of what was said, for a handover or a referral letter.
Conversation
Who said what
Splits a recording into speakers, editable afterwards. For consultations and telehealth calls; the app can capture tab or system audio for a call.
While you recordYou see what was heard

Nothing happens behind your back.

Live captions as you speak

Words appear on screen while you talk, so you can see what was heard and repeat a phrase if the room was loud. Captions are display only: never stored, never billed.

Pause and resumeStop for the phone, the patient or the registrar, and pick up where you were.

Silence and microphone watchdog

When nothing is being picked up, the recording pauses itself. When a microphone produces no signal at all, you are warned before you have read a whole study to a dead mic.

Noisy roomsNoise-tolerant transcription for busy departments, so the scanner, the corridor and the door do not end up in the report.

Dictate in five languages

English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo and French speech are understood. The report is written in English, or the output language you set. Nigerian English accents are the default, not an edge case.

Speak the measurementsSizes, volumes and laterality land in the right fields as you say them, rather than being typed in afterwards from a note on paper.
The reportYours to review and sign

A draft you can read, fix and trust.

Preview, then edit in place

The report comes back with critical fields highlighted for review. Read it, edit any line in the built-in editor, and the structure holds.

Correct by voiceSay “change largest to twelve millimetres” and the value changes. The rest of the report stays exactly as it was.

Formatting that survives the paste

Headings, bold, bullet lists and numbering come through as formatting, not as stray asterisks and dashes. What you see in TScribe is what lands in your records system.

Normals in one breathSay the study is unremarkable and your normal statements fill themselves. You dictate only what differs, which is the part only you can write.
Templates98 curated, plus yours

Your reporting style, not ours.

Start from the library, then make it yours. Two radiologists reporting the same study write it differently, and both are right.

Getting it where it belongsYou choose, per report

Three ways out. Copy and paste is the floor, not the ceiling.

Works everywhere

Copy and paste

One tap puts the finished report on your clipboard, formatting intact. Paste into your RIS, EMR, Word or an email. Nobody to ask.

UnityPulse Dictation for Chrome, Edge and Firefox

The browser extension

Right-click any text field in a web PACS, RIS or EMR and choose Dictate with UnityPulse. A floating microphone sits on every page while it is on. The report lands in the box you are standing in. Drafts are kept in the extension too.

For departments

Direct filing over FHIR

File the finished report straight into the patient record over HL7 FHIR or SMART on FHIR. Set up once by your administrator on UnityPulse; you see one extra button.

Never lose a reportSaved as it happens

A dead battery is not a lost study.

Drafts that survive

Recordings are saved as they happen. A crash, a closed tab, a dead battery or a lost connection does not lose the dictation. Retry it, or listen again.

Finished, not dropped

Unplug the microphone mid-study and the recording is finished with everything captured so far, then transcribed as normal.

Works when the line drops

Record now, transcribe when you are back on a connection. Nothing is lost because the network was not there when you needed it.
