TScribe (Unitypulse Scribe) is a clinical documentation assistant designed for radiologists and sonographers. It converts spoken clinical dictation into structured, validated medical reports in seconds, reducing the time clinicians spend on documentation and returning that time to patient care.

TScribe is primarily designed for radiologists and sonographers in Nigeria and across Africa. It is also useful for any clinician who dictates findings or needs to capture structured data quickly, including clinicians running outreach campaigns, triage staff, and healthcare researchers.

No. We do not retain patient information or final reports on our servers. Audio is processed in transit and discarded immediately after the report is generated. The finished report lives with you, in your existing systems, clipboard, or chosen destination.

This architecture is intentional. We built TScribe so that the most sensitive data in the workflow, patient identifiers and clinical findings, never persists on our infrastructure.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Audio is processed and immediately discarded. We do not build profiles from clinical content, we do not sell data, and we do not use patient-identifiable information to train models. Our approach aligns with NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) principles.

Report Mode is for long-form clinical documentation. You dictate your findings naturally and TScribe produces a complete, structured report ready for your review and sign-off.

Form Mode is for structured data capture. You speak and the fields on a predefined form populate in real time. Ideal for intake forms, blood donation screening, vaccination drives, and research data collection.

Yes. TScribe supports custom template authoring. You can define your own report structure, headings, field names, and required sections. You can also start from the built-in template library and adapt existing templates to your preferences.

You choose, per report. One tap copies the finished report to your clipboard, so it pastes into any EMR, HIS, Word document or reporting system with nothing to install and nobody to ask. If your records system runs in a browser, our extension lets you dictate straight into the field instead. And where a department wants it, TScribe can file the report into the patient record directly over the standard interfaces your system already speaks. The first option needs no IT involvement at all.

TScribe currently supports English, including Nigerian English accents. We are actively working to improve accuracy for local accent patterns and expanding language support. If you experience accuracy issues with your accent, contact us and we will use that feedback to improve the system.

Yes. TScribe is a mobile-first application but is accessible across devices including tablets and laptops. The interface adapts to screen size. For best results on shared devices in outreach settings, a tablet with a microphone works well.

AI transcription and report generation require a connection for processing. In Form Mode, audio can be queued locally when the connection is unavailable and processed once connectivity is restored. We continue to work on reducing connectivity requirements for environments with unreliable networks.

The clinician is always responsible for the final report. TScribe produces a draft. The clinician reviews, edits if needed, and signs off before the report is used clinically. TScribe highlights critical fields specifically to support this review step. The human stays in the loop, every time.

TScribe is a documentation productivity tool, not a diagnostic medical device. It does not make clinical decisions, generate diagnoses, or interpret images. It transcribes and structures what a qualified clinician dictates. The clinician provides the clinical judgement; TScribe handles the formatting.

Yes. If your organisation uses an electronic medical record system, a finished report can go straight into the patient record instead of being copied and pasted. An administrator connects it once and clinicians see one extra button. If it is not a fit for your setup, nothing breaks: copy and paste keeps working exactly as it does now. Ask us whether your system is supported.

Into your own system. We do not keep a copy of the report or the recording. An administrator can see what was sent and when, which is the record they need for their own audit, without the clinical content being held by us.

Yes. An organisation account holds a shared pool of credits, with a limit per member so nobody can use it all, and a place to top somebody up when they need it. Clinicians are invited by email and keep working the way they already do.

You keep it. Your account becomes an individual one and stops being billed to the organisation. Your own templates stay where they are.

From inside the app, under Help and Feedback. It reaches a person, and the version and device you are on are attached automatically so nobody has to ask you for them. You can attach a screenshot.

Yes, from your profile. Deleting it signs you out everywhere, cancels a recurring subscription, and schedules the account for permanent deletion after 30 days. Until that date you can undo it from the link in the email we send you. If your account is managed by an organisation, an administrator there does it for you.

No. Copy and paste always works, and it is the quickest way to start. Beyond that there is a browser extension that lets you dictate straight into a field in your records system, and for departments that want it, TScribe can file the finished report into the patient record directly. You choose per report, and nothing about the way you dictate changes.

If your records system runs in a browser, the extension lets you dictate into the field you are already standing in. The finished report lands in the box instead of on your clipboard, so there is no window to switch to and nothing to lose track of. It works alongside the app rather than replacing it.

Yes. Headings, bold, bullet lists and numbering come through as real formatting rather than as stray asterisks and dashes. You can also edit the draft in place before you send it, including correcting a measurement by voice without picking up the keyboard.

Start from the library, which covers ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, echo and general clinical notes. Change the headings, reorder or drop sections, and save it as yours. You can also build one from scratch for a departmental protocol. Say a study is unremarkable and your normal statements fill themselves, so you only dictate what differs.

That is the point of templates being editable. Two radiologists reporting the same study write it differently and both are right, so TScribe adapts to your structure and your phrasing rather than imposing a house style you did not choose.

No. There is no table of your reports on our servers. A finished report lives on your device and wherever you sent it. Audio is processed and discarded, never archived and never kept for improving anything, and your history on the device is yours to keep or clear.

No. An administrator sees how much was used and, if you file into a records system, that something was filed and when. Never the clinical content. Your colleagues cannot read your reports, and neither can we.

Yes. There is a walkthrough on the home page, and you can ask for a live demo on a study you choose. You can also just sign up and run your first dictation; there is nothing to install and no setup.

You can record and transcribe once you are back on a connection. Nothing is lost because the network was not there when you needed it.
