Pay for what you dictate. Nothing else.
TScribe runs on credits. There is no seat licence and no contract to sign. Buy credits in the app, and each report uses a few.
Credits in, reports out.
Buy credits in the app
Open Billing in TScribe and choose a pack. Credits land on your account straight away and you get a receipt by email.
Dictate
Each finished report uses a few credits, in proportion to how much you said. Your balance is always on screen, and you get a warning before it runs low.
Top up when you need to
No renewal date to remember. When the balance is low, buy another pack. Credits stay on your account.
Pack sizes and prices are shown in the app, in Naira.
Some things never cost a credit.
- Live captions while you speak
- Drafts, retries and re-listening to a recording
- Templates: the library, your own, and syncing them
- Editing a report in place after it comes back
- Copying a report or dictating it into a field with the browser extension
On your own, or on the department's pool.
Individual
Your own credits, on your own account. Buy in the app, dictate, top up when you like. If you later join a department, you keep your account and your templates.
Open TScribeDepartment or hospital
Organisations buy one shared pool of credits and manage it from UnityPulse: a limit per member, low-credit alerts, usage per department, and where reports file. Clinicians keep dictating exactly as before.
Manage your organisation on UnityPulseAbout credits.
How many credits does a report use?
Do credits expire?

What happens to my account if I leave an organisation?
Your first report costs a few credits and a minute.
Open TScribe, press record, and read the draft.
